In the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg, Logivest has brokered around 5,500 square metres of warehouse and office space for DIETZ GmbH as a full-service logistics property consultant. The landlord of the property at Elso Klöver Straße 9a is Porth Holding GmbH.
The owner-managed specialist and premium manufacturer of rehabilitation products is expanding and was looking for a new location in the Hamburg area. In Lüneburg, around 50 kilometres south-east of Hamburg, Logivest was able to identify a logistics hall that meets the requirements of DIETZ GmbH, which operates throughout Europe. The property is a new building constructed to the latest standards. Accordingly, the property is operated entirely free of fossil fuels. Instead, energy-efficient heat pumps and a large-scale photovoltaic system including LED lights are used. Other features include a sprinkler system and underfloor heating. A ground-level gate and five ramps are available for access.
Thanks to its advantageous location in the port of Lüneburg, the property is ideally connected to national long-distance traffic via the A39 motorway towards Hamburg. “There is high demand in the greater Hamburg area, but there is little space available. This ultra-modern new building in Lüneburg is an ideal location for DIETZ GmbH,” says Marvin Hesse, Head of Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest.
DIETZ GmbH is scheduled to move into the property in the first quarter of 2024.
