Logivest has brokered a new logistics building with around 8,700 square metres of warehouse and office space for Emil Frey Logistik GmbH in the south of Kassel. The property is located in Werner-Heisenberg-/Falderbaumstraße with excellent connections to the A7, A44 and A49 motorways. The landlord of the property is Bayerische Gewerbebau AG.
In order to expand and extend its automotive spare parts logistics, Emil Frey Logistik was looking for suitable space in Kassel for a long-term lease. The new building in Kassel Waldau is not only convincing due to its ideal location and good accessibility to the major car manufacturers, but also due to its cross-dock appearance with an above-average number of gates for easy and efficient access.
“As a long-established industrial location and due to its central position in the middle of the Federal Republic, Kassel is a sought-after logistics location. Free space is in absolute short supply here,” says Daniel Gerlach, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest in Hanover.
The property is pre-equipped for a photovoltaic system and has a greened exterior façade. Before occupation, the intralogistics will be installed in the hall.
