In Neumarkt, Logivest has brokered a warehouse covering around 4,300 square metres and over 2,000 square metres of open space to ELSEN Logistik GmbH. The landlord of the property at Goldschmidtstrasse 26 is Gebhardt Holz-Zentrum GmbH.
The international full-service logistics provider ELSEN Logistik was looking for a property in the Upper Palatinate region in order to consolidate various warehouses and increase its storage capacity in the metropolitan region around Nuremberg. Logivest was able to offer a suitable property in the South Industrial Estate in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz. The warehouse, which is divided into two sections, is located on a fenced-in area and can be completely driven around by lorry. The hall can also be accessed by lorry via ground-level gates on all sides of the building. The spacious open area is partially covered and offers sufficient space for outdoor storage, manoeuvring and vehicle parking.
The new warehouse also impresses with its location directly adjacent to the B299 federal road, which acts as a feeder road to the A3 motorway, just under seven kilometres away. Employees can also easily reach the site by public transport. ‘The new ELSEN Logistik site is characterised by its central location between Nuremberg and Regensburg with good motorway connections. This provides the logistics service provider with the perfect hub for its customers,’ says Alexander Meiringer, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting.
ELSEN Logistik plans to move into the property on 1 November 2024.
