Logivest brokers over 8,000 square metres of logistics space to BLG in west Berlin

In the west of Berlin, Logivest has let a 9,000 square metre logistics hall to BLG LOGISTICS. The property at Am Zeppelinpark 12 – 43 comprises around 8,000 square metres of warehouse space and around 600 square metres of office space. The landlord is Mileway, a pan-European provider of last-mile logistics real estate.

The logistics service provider was looking for an expansion space to handle logistics for various customers from overseas and to realise onward transport to Berlin Spandau. “When looking for the right property, the focus was on proximity to the current location in Falkensee,” says Michael John, Regional Manager East in BLG’s CONTRACT division. Less than 10 minutes away, Logivest was able to offer a fully fenced logistics hall in the Zeppelinpark industrial estate that meets BLG LOGISTICS’ requirements. The modern property has a fire alarm and sprinkler system and is equipped with underfloor heating. Access is provided on both sides via 19 gates and six dock levellers.

The handover has already taken place and the move-in is planned for the third quarter of 2023.
