Logivest, a nationwide consulting company with a focus on logistics real estate and locations, is continuing its expansion course and opening its twelfth branch in Düsseldorf.
In addition to the subsidiary already based in Cologne, Logivest NRW GmbH, Düsseldorf is now the second representative office in North Rhine-Westphalia. While the location in Cologne will continue to be responsible for real estate consulting throughout North Rhine-Westphalia, the new branch in Düsseldorf will function as a strategic supra-regional location. In addition to key account management, CSO Michael Starre and Logivest Projektmanagement GmbH will also operate from the new office in the fourth district of Düsseldorf, “Am Seestern 8”.
“The aim is to offer our customers a personal, regional and comprehensive service for everything to do with logistics properties and locations in all commercial areas in Germany, even beyond the twelve locations. Our key account management also supports this, with which we can provide major customers such as users with several locations, but also owners, developers and landlords with a central contact person,” says Kuno Neumeier, founder and CEO of the Logivest Group.
With the new branch, Logivest is further expanding its position on the German logistics real estate market. In recent years, the owner-managed consulting company has developed into the largest independent logistics real estate consultant in Germany. The former brokerage office has grown into a group of companies with over 110 employees, twelve locations, several GmbHs, disciplines and services, and a holistic consulting approach to logistics real estate and locations.
Responsibility for the operative real estate consulting business is now shared between several heads: While the two independent GmbHs in Stuttgart and Cologne have been managed by Nikolai Windhäuser (Managing Director Logivest Stuttgart GmbH) and Thomas Schmidt (Managing Director Logivest NRW GmbH) since their foundation Michael Starre (Chief Sales Officer) and Marco Mendes (Chief Operating Officer) the rest of the real estate consulting business in Germany. They are supported by regional team leaders, the Head of Industrial and Logistics Letting, and the respective consultants.
In addition, Logivest has been offering well-founded location advice and analysis with Logivest Concept GmbH for more than ten years. New in 2021 is Logivest Projektmanagement GmbH, headed by Managing Director Carsten Felix, which takes into account the increased need for advice on new construction and is responsible for project management for new construction developments throughout Germany.
