Lokum Deweloper recorded PLN 3.83 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in Q3 2021 against PLN 0.71 million of profit a year earlier, the company said in a report.
The operating profit was PLN 8.38 million versus PLN 2.9 million profit a year earlier.
Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 39.46 million in Q3 2021 compared to PLN 26.94 million a year earlier.
In Q1-Q3 2021, the company had PLN 35.25 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company compared to PLN 19.05 million of profit a year earlier, with sales revenues of PLN 198.14 million compared to PLN 135.02 million a year earlier.
On a standalone basis, the net profit in Q1-Q3 2021 amounted to PLN 47.7 million, compared to PLN 57.2 million in profit a year earlier.
Lokum Deweloper is a residential developer from Wrocław, also operating on the Kraków market. In 2015, the company made its debut on the WSE main market. In 2020, it sold 463 apartments.
