London Bay Homes, based in Naples, has announced its newest multifamily project Grandview at Bay Beach. The project will mark the first condominium tower construction project in South Fort Myers Beach since 2008, and the final tower in Waterside at Bay Beach. The 11 story building designed by Bob Hall of Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects of Tampa, will feature 58 units with private elevator access. The project include access to a resort-style pool and spa, an elevated entertainment area and a 55-acre nature preserve with three miles of walking paths and nature preserve trails. A sales center is expected to open in March.
