London Partners has purchased Belvedere, a residential project on Fabrica de Glucoza street in Bucharest. It will continue the project with two additional phases, adding 966 apartments for a total of 1,550 flats and commercial spaces. “In the third phase of the project another 482 units will be built, in the fourth phase 484. Forty-five percent of the more than 1,500 homes in the project have been sold, and the delivery time is summer of 2021,” said Richard McLaughlin-Duane, CEO of London Partners.
