The DLA Piper law firm is relocating to Na Příkopě 14, a former ČSOB building that Lordship and Immofinanz refurbished into a mixed-use project along Prague’s main high street. DLA Piper joins Hamleys toy shop and the White & Case law firm in the building. Following this lease deal, just 5,000 sqm of the building’s total 17,000 sqm of space is still vacant. The LEED Gold-certified property also offers an underground parking garage for 150 cars.
