Lordship unveiled a new design for Letná Business Center, which it plans to build at the Hradčanská metro station in Prague 6. The project, in planning since 2003, is to go up between the busy Milady Horákové street, the mouth of the Blanka tunnel and the railway tracks, which will take high-speed trains to the Prague Airport in the future. The fourth version of the office complex includes five buildings, with shops, services and restaurants on the ground floor as well as greenery. Lordship is in negotiations with five top Czech architects — Eva Jiřičná, Josef Pleskot, Vít Máslo, Karel Mrázek and Pavel Hnilička — to design the facades. The developer still has to secure planning and its director, Václav Matoušek, hopes the complex will be delivered in six years.
