Lordship sold the NYX hotel at the corner of Jindřišská and Panská streets, near Wenceslas Square in Prague 1, to Vietnamese investors Do Hong Son and Thai Ngoc Nguyen, who bought the hotel through their company HSTN Holding. The price of the deal was €20m, according to the server e15. The investors established the Sportissimo sports retail chain in the Czech Republic and still hold 50 percent of the company. NYX is operated by Leonardo Hotel on a long-term lease contract. The chain operates similar design hotels in Milan, Madrid, New York and Tel Aviv. Lordship bought the building from ČSOB in 2010.
