LOT Polish Airlines plans 20 new destinations in 2024-2028 strategy

LOT Polish Airlines’ strategy for 2024-2028 calls for, among other things, the launch of 20 new scheduled mid-range and long-range destinations, the carrier said.

There will be nearly 20 new scheduled destinations in PLL LOT’s route network, both medium- and long-haul. The national carrier also plans to invest in airports: the Polonez Business Lounge in Warsaw will be rebuilt and refreshed, and a business lounge in Chicago will be launched. As part of its social responsibility, LOT Polish Airlines will focus on sustainability transformation and cooperation with the scientific and academic community, the business world and support for the development of the tourism market, LOT announced.

LOT Polish Airlines is a carrier connecting Central and Eastern Europe with the world. LOT offers direct long-haul flights to ports in the United States, Canada, China, Japan and South Korea. Present in the skies since 1929, the Polish carrier is the 12th oldest airline in the world. In 2022, they had about 8 million passengers.
