LOXX has expanded its warehouse space to 8,500 sqm at Prologis Park Warsaw II. The tenant was represented by Colliers International. Located in Warsaw’s Praga district, the property offers 40,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. “Expanding our warehouse space by another 3,000 sqm while maintaining the highest standards of service, creates perfect conditions for us to carry out new logistic projects for the food industry, for which we’ve implemented HACCP and veterinary procedures, with a permit to store products of animal origin,” said Iwona Betlejewska, president of LOXX. “The new warehouse space enables us to efficiently handle growing volumes of domestic and international general cargo as well as to consolidate general cargo for our foreign partners.”
