LPP assumes an increase in e-commerce revenues to PLN 2.8 billion in the current year 2021/2022

LPP assumes a double-digit increase in e-commerce sales to around PLN 2.8 billion in the financial year 2021/2022 from over PLN 2 billion in the previous year, announced Vice President Przemysław Lutkiewicz.

“Our online sales in the last fiscal year exceeded PLN 2 billion. Our goal for this year is PLN 2.8 billion of e-commerce sales. However, we do not know how the sales will proceed after the opening of stationary stores, because these proportions change then Nevertheless, we are ambitious towards this goal and that is why we expect a further double-digit increase in e-commerce sales, “Lutkiewicz said during the video conference.

He added that the company is not planning to enter external sales platforms in the near future. The launch of the LPP e-store in another country, i.e. in Bulgaria, is planned for August 2021.

“This year we will also implement RFID in our Mohito, Cropp and House brands, and taking into account our experience with Reserved, we will implement it much faster” – emphasized Lutkiewicz.

The dynamic development of e-commerce is also to be supported by the expansion of warehouses in Russia and Romania.

“We have decided to double the space of the already operating warehouse near Bucharest to 42,000 sqm. Completion of works and commissioning of the new facility is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021. This will allow us to handle online orders of customers both in Romania and neighboring countries, in including in Bulgaria, where we plan to launch online sales soon, “said PR manager Monika Wszeborowska.

The representatives recalled that the expanded warehouse in Russia with a total area of 62,000 sqm will be launched in Q3 2021.

Lutkiewicz emphasized that the company already has preliminary plans for the construction of further warehouses, but it is too early to provide specific locations.

LPP manages the fashion brands Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2001. In the year of 2020/2021 (i.e. February 2020 – January 2021) LPP had PLN 7.85 billion of consolidated revenues.
