LS Cable, a Korean manufacturing company, is planning to open a manufacturing facility in Dzierżoniów, Lower Silesia. The facility will be established within the site’s existing building, which offers 10,000 sqm. JLL represented LS Cable in the processes of seeking the appropriate property as well as negotiating the purchase conditions. “LS Cable was looking for an existing warehouse-manufacturing project located in southwestern Poland, in close proximity to the company’s client, LG Chem, which has a plant located in nearby Wrocław. The best solution was the purchase of an existing property in Dzierżoniów, which perfectly met both the commercial and technical requirements of LS Cable,” said Konrad Lewiński, a consultant within the industrial department at JLL. LS Cable & System will launch its car battery sub-assembly manufacturing plant in 2019.
