Luatel signed a five-year lease on 860 sqm at Cubic Center. The Bucharest office building, owned by Dinu Patriciu, is now 60 percent occupied. Crosspoint brokered the deal. Swen Philippe Moritz, CEO of Luatel, said the outsourcing company plans to expand its operations across Romania over the next five years. Cubic Center’s tenant mix includes companies like OBI, Agricover and Scale Events.
