Lublin’s total office stock grew to 191,200 sqm in 2019, according to Cushman and Wakefield. No new office projects were delivered to the market in the last 12 months. In 2017-2018, the city’s office stock expanded by nearly 40 percent following a period of robust local development activity. “2017 was the best year for Lublin’s office market in its history. It saw four office completions that totaled 30,455 sqm. In 2018, local developers delivered three office buildings with a total area of 25,354 sqm,” said Michał Grabowiecki, negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield. The last three years witnessed robust occupier activity which pushed Lublin’s vacancy rate down from a peak of 20.2 percent to 9.25 percent at the end of 2019. At present, Lublin has nearly 17,700 sqm of ready-to-occupy office space. Availability fell by more than 41 percent over the last 12 months, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
