Luboš Rumian appointed Deputy Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks Czech Republic

P3 Logistics Parks has appointed Luboš Rumian as Deputy Managing Director for Czech Republic. In his new role, Rumian is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the business, with a strategic focus on asset & property management, leasing and finance.

Rumian, who previously held the position of Head of Asset and Property Management, will retain his existing responsibilities while taking on the areas of leasing and finance. In addition to overseeing the existing portfolio and its management, he will work closely with Peter Jánoši, Managing Director for Czech Republic and Slovakia, to further elevate the company’s operations in the region.

Peter Jánoši, Managing Director P3 Logistic Parks Czech Republic and Slovakia, said: “Luboš and I will be deeply involved in operations in the Czech Republic. I look forward to working alongside him and extend my best wishes for his success in this new role.” In the Czech Republic, Jánoši will continue to focus on the areas of development and strategy.

Rumian brings over four years of experience with P3. Prior to that, he worked for IKEA, where he was responsible for Avion shopping parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He also held similar positions at the retail companies, Electroworld and Ahold, where he managed retail properties. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Technology in Brno.

Our key approach is to leverage data we collect from building operations to drive greater efficiency in industrial real estate.”
