Orlando-based Hard Rock International has named Jon Lucas its new executive vice president of hotel and casino operations. Lucas joined Hard Rock in 2013 as president of the Hard Rock Rocksino in Northfield Park, Ohio. Prior to this, Lucas was president and general manager of the IP Casino in Biloxi, Miss. Hard Rock International operates 198 locations in 63 countries, including 152 cafes, 21 hotels and 10 casinos. “Jon Lucas is a seasoned executive with the proven unique ability to see operations from both the brand and operator’s point of view,” said Hamish Dodds, chief executive officer for Hard Rock International.
