Lucian Grecu, the owner of the Unirea hotel in Iaşi, started the construction for two blocks of flats on the land of the former Nicolina machine factory in Iaşi, on an area of 5,200 sqm. The two blocks will have 253 apartments.
“By the end of next year, we will complete the construction of these blocks, which have 11 floors each and a total of 253 apartments. We are building one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and we have been selling them since June. The investment amounts to EUR 20 million, own money and a loan from Banca Transilvania “, said Lucian Grecu.
