In 2021, the Real Management team was joined by an expert in the residential real estate industry, who took the position of Sales and Marketing Director and is responsible for the new investments and projects division from the primary market. Currently, Łucja is giving concerts on the newest villa project, Neo Natolin, in Warsaw’s Natolin.
Neo Natolin will be a unique estate of single-family houses in Warsaw. Each house will have its own plot of land at its disposal, ranging in size from 750 sqm to even 1000 sqm and 70% of the biologically active area. The great advantage of the investment is primarily the location – between the Kabacki Forest and the Natolin Park, and yet close to the metro station, which gives future residents of the estate access to all amenities of the capital. The construction of the first stage, consisting of 84 buildings, will start in the second quarter of 2022.
Łucja has 18 years of experience in the premium real estate segment. She gained knowledge and practice while working for the largest Polish and foreign development companies, being responsible for sales, contacts, care for key clients and strategic negotiations.
