Lucron starts Urban Residence along Račianska in Bratislava

14 October 2016

Lucron Development began construction of the first phase of Urban Residence along Račianska street next to the Filiálka station in Bratislava, launching sale of flats in the second phase at the same time. The project is on a 1.4 ha brownfield site where a storage facility of the company Ferona once stood. The Slovak-Luxemburg developer took the project over from Austrian Wien – Süd Holding, which started planning the scheme before the crisis. The new investor has adjusted the design in cooperation with Compass Architekti. Urban Residence now consists of three apartment buildings, with two 7-story structures and a third with 12 levels. The first to be built will offer shops, restaurants, a fresh market and services on the ground floor along Račianska street. The investor also plans to offer short-term apartments in the development. The first phase is due for completion in 2018.
