Lufthansa has signed a new lease for industrial space at the Port 95 Business Center in Dania Beach. The company will house its machine and technical services division in the 19,913 sqf warehouse, which is located less than a mile from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Its subsidiary Lufthansa Technik, which specializes in selling, distributing and servicing aircraft parts for the airline’s extensive fleet will occupy the space starting in June. Port 95 was built by Bridge Development Partners in 2014, which sold it for $27 million in November of 2014.
