Luke Dawson returns to Colliers International as managing director. He will also head capital markets for the CEE region. Dawson will be based in Prague, where he will be responsible for the regional management of Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovakia. He previously spent 10 years at Colliers, where he held several senior positions including head of operations for the CEE region, regional managing director for South East Europe and director of corporate development.
