The Luppo Puppo day care centre and kindergarten has doubled the space it leases in the ZITA office building at Promenady Business Park in Wrocław to more than 1,300 sqm. Knight Frank represented the property’s owner, Vantage Development, during the lease process. ZITA is the second building completed at Promenady Business Park. The investment offers 21,000 sqm of leasable space. The scheme is LEED Platinum certified.
