Investors poured €47.5m into the Lustica Bay complex last year. The Egyptian-Swiss consortium Orascom Development has invested €181m into the project since 2010, which is when construction broke ground in Krtolica along the Montenegrin coast. Lustica Development, meanwhile, paid the government €11.5m for permission to use the 7 million sqm parcel of land for a period of 10 years.
