Demand for leasing luxury real estate in Montenegro is on the rise. Some villas are being rented for as much as €6,000, according to various real estate agencies, adding that interest is mainly coming from foreign resident working in diplomacy or who are employed by domestic or foreign companies that operate in Montenegro. Rental prices for lux properties range from €8 to €12 per sqm in the capital. Along the Montenegrin coast in the Tivat area, prices are up to €2,500 for villas ranging from 150 sqm to 180 sqm.
