The Marina Liptov project, which includes 33 modern apartments in layouts from 2 + kk to 4 + kk, is growing at the Slovak dam Liptovská Mara on the Váh River directly below the Tatras. They offer the possibility of active rest in their own facilities in a popular Slovak recreational location and the opportunity for a promising investment. “The supply of recreational real estate in the Czech Republic, especially cottages and chalets, is far from meeting demand, in the long run. This fact was clearly confirmed with the beginning of the covid pandemic and continues. There are very few opportunities to buy in the most famous and sought-after locations, and if something happens, the asking price is very high. It has become more expensive for the last few years, by ten or more percent over the last few years,” explains Jiří Kučera, director of the Lentent real estate agency.
The Marina Liptov project is being developed in three four-storey low-energy houses A, B and C. There are a total of 33 luxury apartments with an area ranging from 47 m2 to 164 m2, each with a loggia. Those interested can choose from 2 + kk and 3 + kk units, on the top floor they will find exclusive 4 + kk penthouses with a 360-degree panoramic view. The apartments are sold furnished and fully equipped with furniture and appliances – there are three different interior designs. Each has a lockable warehouse on the ground floor. A common room will serve as a ski room, space for bicycles or a center for various activities. All houses have wheelchair access, a lift and reserved parking spaces.
The construction of the Marina Liptov apartments is taking place in order to preserve the original essence of the Liptovská Mary area and at the same time apply the principles of modern architecture and unique design inspired by sailboats. The design was, of course, subject to the surrounding nature and thus does not delay the views of the majestic peaks of the Tatras and the dam area. Completion of the buildings is scheduled for December 2023.
