Wall Street Journal reports that sales of apartment units priced at $10 million or more in the Manhattan fell nearly 14 percent year-over-year in 2015. With only 177 apartments selling at that price point in Manhattan last year, the number is 28 less then the record amount of 205 in 2014. While units priced at $10 million and up encompass only 1.4 percent of Manhattan’s total apartment sales, they make up 14.4 percent of the dollar volume.
