Luxury resi scheme planned for Kalemegdan Park in Belgrade

27 July 2017

A long-planned luxury residential scheme may final break ground in Belgrade’s Kalemegdan Park area. The project is set to go up between Tadeusa Koscuska, Cincara Janka, Cara Urosa and Uzun Mirkova streets. An initial urban plan was prepared almost 10 years ago, but construction never got underway. Hypo Consultants, the original investor of Kalemegdan Park Apartments, sold the project to MPC Properties in 2008. Plans, prepared by Bureau Partners, now include a five-story building with underground parking, a pool, sauna, gym and 24-hour security. The investor is Kalemegdan Park d.o.o. and the project’s legal representative is Thomas Villadsen, CEO of MPC Properties.
