Cushman & Wakefield has hired Lynda Gallagher, MAI as Senior Managing Director to lead the Valuation & Advisory group in Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia. Based out of Washington, D.C., Gallagher will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the V&A group, including creating and implementing a growth strategy for the region. Prior to joining the C&W, Gallagher served as a Director for National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc., as Executive Managing Director for Landauer, and worked for CBRE for over a decade in Washington, D.C. and in Chicago, co-founding and serving as co-director of their Retail Valuation Group. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.
