M/I Homes based in Columbus, OH, has plans to start a new development in Oviedo named Foster Groves. Located 20 minutes from downtown Orlando, the new community will have 92 home sites for prices that start in the mid-$300,000 range. The neighborhood will feature four, five, and six bedroom homes of up to 5,300 square feet. M/I Homes, which is one of the largest builders of single family homes in the country, intends to start construction before the end of the year.
