Houston-based M-M Properties has purchased a business park in Sunrise for $75 million. Sawgrass Plaza, made up of Corporate Centre I, International Place, Corporate Centre III and Sawgrass Plaza, provides 350,386 square feet of office space. The four buildings were built on 28.1 acres between 1998 and 2000 and traded for $214 a square foot. The seller Brookdale Six REIT, part of the Atlanta-based Brookdale Group, acquired the properties in July 2012 for $51.5 million. JPMorgan Chase Bank provided a $51.13 million mortgage.
