M South apartment complex in Tampa sells for $63m

The Accend Companies bought the recently completed apartment complex M South in Tampa, Florida, for $63m. The 288-unit property changed hands for $218,750 per rental unit. The sellers were Pollack Shores and its equity partner HQ Capital Real Estate. Amenities include a clubroom with game tables and big screen TVs, a bocce court, bark park and on-site management and maintenance. Featuring eight, three-story buildings, the property was 95 percent leased at the time of the sale. NKF Capital Markets secured the acquisition financing for the buyer through Natixis.
