M60 will open a restaurant on the ground floor of Bucharest’s Stefan cel Mare office building this fall. The group leased 261 sqm of space. DTZ assisted M60 in the deal.
“We really wanted a truly original concept in our project, something different from what is generally found in Bucharest office buildings. We are glad that M60 group shareholders decided to accept our offer, and we are convinced that a new business will be successful here,” says Elena Tecuţă, office leasing manager for Forte Partners, which developed the Stefan cel Mare office building.
The project at the intersection of Stefan cel Mare and Tunari streets offers 11,000 sqm and is fully leased. Tenants will move in next month. Lauster & Radu designed the building, while ACMS was the general contractor. UniCredit Bank provided the financing.
