M7 acquires German, Dutch portfolio

The pan European investor and asset manager, M7 Real Estate has acquired 21 office and retail properties in Germany and the Netherlands for its new European Real Estate Investment Partners III fund (EREIP III). The assets generate €13.2m in annual income and include six multi-let office buildings totalling 21,300 sqm of leasable area in major German cities. The German portion of the portfolio has an average lease term of 5.4 years. Apollo brokered the deal whose vendor has remained anonymous. The remaining 15 assets are situated in cities across the Netherlands, including 4 retail properties and 11 offices.
