M7 Real Estate has acquired office building in Schweinfurt, Bavaria. The property, located at Amsterdamstrasse 4, offers almost 5,000 sqm of lettable area. The purchase price was not disclosed. The tenants include UniCredit Direct Services and GMG Generalmietgesellschaft. The property was built in 2001 and is currently fully let. The vendor is a property holding company in WealthCap’s ‘HFS Deutschland 16’ real estate fund. IMAXX AG advised M7 on the acquisition. With the completion of this deal, M7 Real Estate now manages 189 properties in Germany.
