M7 Real Estate fund acquires Aerozone in Budapest

12 April 2017

M7 Real Estate’s Central European Fund has acquired the 62,000 sqm Aerozone logistics center near Ferenc Liszt Airport in Budapest. The price was not disclosed but is reportedly the largest transaction M7 made in Hungary to date. The deal follows the fund’s recent acquisitions of two shopping centers: Atom Center in Paks and Csillagvár in Budapest. CBRE was appointed property manager and leasing agent of Aerozone.
“CBRE is delighted to have facilitated the transaction for the fund in the acquisition of Aerozone. We are of the firm belief that this acquisition represents real value and opportunity for our client,” said Tim O’Sullivan, head of capital markets at CBRE Hungary.
