The M7 Real Estate fund has acquired the Eurologis Logistics Center in Wrocław. Axi Immo represented the seller, Eurologis. Located at the corner of Długołęka and Oleśnica streets, Eurologis Logistics Center offers 21,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. “We decided to sell the park mainly from the need to obtain funds to finance new projects. We are pleased that Eurologis Logistics Center ended up in the right hands. I’m sure that an experienced partner like M7 Real Estate will take care of its further development,” said Jan Kuzak of Eurologis.
