The MStar Europe fund, a joint venture between M7 Real Estate and Starwood Capital, has leased a warehouse property in Herneto to atb-systemetiketten. The property is located at Gewerkenstrasse and offers 7,070 sqm of leaseable space. The building was vacant when MStar Europe bought it at the end of 2014. Following a change of use plus an investment of several hundred thousand euros by the landlord and tenant was completed the new tenant moved in. ATB plans to use the property for production purposes. The lease agreement is signed for 15 years. Savills acted in an advisory and brokerage capacity.
