Savills has been appointed sole adviser to M7 Real Estate for the fundās entire office portfolio. Savills will be responsible for office space leasing and property management. The portfolio comprises a total of 73,500 sqm across seven buildings located in Warsaw, KrakĆ³w, WrocÅaw and Katowice. āThe appointment of a single adviser for our entire office portfolio will guarantee seamless collaboration of leasing experts and property managers.
