M7 Real Estate has opened an office in Hanover, its fifth in Germany. Harriet Ziegler has been appointed head of the new office and will oversee the management of the Onyx portfolio in northern Germany. Ziegler will also be responsible for the recruitment and management of a local team and will report directly to M7’s managing director in Germany, Alyssa Huse. Prior to joining M7, Ziegler worked at Silverton Asset Solutions, Hochtief and JLL. M7’s German real estate portfolio includes 189 properties valued at around €1.4bn.
