Macedonia’s Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister, Zoran Stavreski, announced he is resigning from office due to health issues. “The health problems I face and the advice I have received from doctors indicate that for successful treatment and recovery, I will not be able to perform my role and duties as Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister,” said the former Minister of Finance.
Kiril Minovki, Director of the Public Revenue Office, might be the Prime Minister’s Emil Dimitirev first choice for the recently opened position.
