Macedonia’s export volume between January and September increased by 6.1 percent y-o-y to €3.18bn, according to the latest figures.
The import volume for the same nine-month period totaled €4.45bn, up 6.4 percent y-o-y. The trade deficit for the period was €1.23bn. The country’s most important trade partners for the first nine months of the year included Germany, the UK, Serbia, Greece and Bulgaria.
