Macedonian industrial producer prices on the non-domestic market increased by 1.6 percent m-o-m in August, but fell by 3.4 percent y-o-y, according to the State Statistical Office. Month-on-month increases were reported in several sectors, including mining and quarrying (5.4 percent) and manufacturing (1.2 percent). However, on a y-o-y basis, prices for mining and quarrying fell by 5.2 percent and by 3.2 percent for manufacturing.
