Macedonian resi costs fell 4.2% in Q1

Construction costs for new residential buildings on the Macedonian market decreased by 4.2 percent y-o-y in the first three months of the year.

Material costs, meanwhile, decreased by 8.2 percent, while labor costs increased by 7.2 percent, according to the State Statistical Office.

Construction costs for new residential buildings decreased by 4.4 percent q-o-q in Q1, while material costs fell by 5.1 percent, and the labor costs by 2.5 percent.
