MacFarlane begins work on Fort Myers assisted living facility expansion

The MacFarlane Group has kicked off construction of of the second phase of the Campo Felice Retirement Living center in downtown Fort Myers. Located at 2500 Edwards Drive in the downtown historic river district, it will encompass 99 assisted living units and 20 specialized, memory care residences. The nine story 170,408 square foot building will feature a 2,900 sqf restaurant, movie theater, swimming pool and three floors of medical office space available for lease. Designed by Patina Design Group and Titsch + KO Architects, the project is slated for completion in early 2019. Campo Felice’s first phase, which will open in a few months, consists of a 24-story tower with 322 independent living suites that are under construction now
