Macho Consulting is planning to start construction on Galvaniho dvory, a residential project in Ružinov, Bratislava, this spring. THe scheme will offer 231 flats, with 109 to hit the market in the first phase. Prices will range between €66,600 for a studio to €203,600 for a four-room flat. Macho bought the project, called Obytny dom Avidol, from Tatra banka in 2012 and redesigned it into a complex consisting of two apartment blocks with closed courtyards.
