MacKenzie CRE Services to lease Baltimore’s renovated World Trade Center

6 June 2019

The Maryland Port Administration has selected MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services to lease the recently renovated World Trade Center in Baltimore. The 31-story pentagonal office tower was built in 1977 and designed by architect I.M. Pei. Rebranded as “401 East Pratt”, the building will feature an international conference center and marketplace on the 21st floor, upgraded common corridors and restrooms throughout the building as well as an upgrade of its HVAC system. “The building offers some of the best, unobstructed views of Baltimore’s harbor and surrounding city. In some suites you feel like you are sitting on top of the water,” said MacKenzie Senior Vice President, Terri Harrington. “The building now has the same ‘check the box’ amenities as its more expensive competitors.”
