Mayer & Co Beschläge (MACO), an Austrian manufacturer of turn and tilt hardware for windows, is expanding its Polish operations, signing a lease on 10,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. The company will employ 150 people at its new warehouse. This is MACO’s second location in Poland. Tenant was represented by Savills. Panattoni Park Gliwice III is located in Upper Silesia, in the immediate vicinity of the A1 and A4 motorways and consists of three buildings, totaling 75,000 sqm.
